Workshops are a fantastic way to express yourself creatively. They are provided in Private, Corporate, Community and Educational Settings. The main aim of the workshops are Interaction, Creativity, Confidence Building and Physical Awareness. A series of workshops are offered from Dance to Story Telling to Theatre, or even a combination.

The Dance workshops are very popular, as they are fun and lively, which are not only enjoyable, but also educates participants about the meanings of the various dance forms. Dance workshops are also provided as a medium of exercise and healthy lifestyles, or as an avenue to encourage participants to take part in physical activities which are simple but challenging and motivating.

Workshops are provided with a performance demonstration, in order to provide a taster of what can be expected from the followed workshop. Most popular workshops are, where the participants are trained to perform and are given the opportunity to showcase their performance, as a conclusion to the workshops.

In addition, workshops are also provided for special needs and disabled participants, as well as older adults and adults suffering from Dementia for whom workshops are suitably tailored. Workshops are designed specifically for the given criteria of participants, taking into consideration the requirements and objectives of the workshop.

All workshop leaders are CRB checked (enhanced) and Public Liabilty Insurance is provided.

Workshop Focus: Team Building, Educational, Taster, Story Telling, Exercise, Performance Training and Technique, Auditioning Techniques, Movement and Rhythm Work, Self Expression, or simply ENJOYMENT.

Workshops provided in: Drama & Theatre, Story Telling, Dance Styles include Bollywood, Bhangra, Classical Indian Dance forms, South-Asian Folk and Tribal, Ballet, Street, Jazz and Contemporary.
